Did you get my order?  I didn't get a receipt. 
Check your emails.  Check your junk and spam folders too.  Sometimes they end up there.  If you do not have an email/invoice receipt, chances are the order did not complete.  If you are still unsure, contact us with details on the first and last name you used to make the order and we will look it up for you.                         

How long will my order take to ship?  
Shipping time is 1-3 weeks.                              

How much are the shipping charges?           
$9.95 for the first bundle, $3.00 for an additional bundle, additional items are $1.00 each.                

What is the status of my item?  Has it shipped yet?
